imagemagick-doc software package provides document files of ImageMagick -- dummy package, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install imagemagick-doc
imagemagick-doc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the imagemagick-doc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep imagemagick-doc *
You will get with imagemagick-doc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
